    • 6 hours of day-of coverage (load-in through guest arrival)

    • 8 hours of day-of coverage (load-in through the majority of the event)

    • Backdrop + balloons included

    • Basic event budget tracking

    • Favor coordination + assistance assembling favors

    • Discount on backdrop rental

      • Décor for 1–2 common areas (garlands, tabletop accents, wreaths)

      • 1 installation day

      • Optional takedown service

    • Mid-Size Office Styling — Starting at $5,000+
      For offices with multiple spaces or larger common areas (up to 5 styled zones).
      Includes:

      • Mood board + holiday design theme

      • Styling of up to 2 holiday trees

Fill out our inquiry form and share your vision with us. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and walk you through our design & planning offerings. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, this first step helps us understand your goals and style.

02. Make It Official

Once you’ve selected the right planning package, we’ll provide a detailed proposal and send over a contract and retainer invoice to secure your date. From there, our team gets to work gathering inspiration, building timelines, and curating vendors that align perfectly with your event.

03. Plan the Details

As your event approaches, we’ll collaborate on every design and logistical element. This includes mood boards, layouts, rental coordination, and vendor management. We’ll ensure your event feels cohesive, personalized, and stress-free — every detail thoughtfully taken care of.

04. Celebrate

On event day, you get to be fully present. We’ll manage setup, styling, vendor coordination, and timelines so everything flows seamlessly. All you have to do is enjoy your beautifully designed celebration while we make it all happen behind the scenes.
