THE RENTAL PROCESS
01. Browse our Catalog
Explore the Matte Motif Rental Collection and add items to your wishlist. Minimums apply: $1,200 Orange County delivery, $1,500 LA County delivery, or $500 Will Call pickup.
02. Submit Your Request
Select your event date and location when you submit your rental request. Our team will confirm availability and review your order for accuracy.
03. Reserve Your Items
Once your order is approved, you’ll receive a rental agreement and invoice. A signed agreement and payment are required to secure your items. A refundable security deposit will also be applied.
04. Delivery or Will Call
Delivery → Our team delivers, installs, and retrieves after your event.
Will Call Pickup → Pick up from our Irvine location. Please bring blankets + straps. Clients are responsible for safe transport; any damage in transport will be charged and billed
Important Policies
Damage during Will Call or event use will result in a 20% repair/replacement fee. Excessive Damage will result in a Full Replacement Charge
Delivery fees are billed separately and vary by distance, access, and timing.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Yes we do, We get it, things happen. We charge a replacement cost, which is usually 3 times the rental price, but can vary, if the item is broken.
If it’s a stain or tear, our 10% non-refundable Damage Waiver fee added to your order will take care of that! -

Will Call Requirements
Clients must bring blankets, straps, and protective coverings to secure and safely transport items.
Matte Motif is not responsible for damages during client pickup or transport.
